1. Check whether the appearance of the chassis and cabinet is beautiful and whether the overall design is reasonable and meets customer needs.

2. Check whether the accessories provided by the manufacturer, such as screws and mounting plates, are sufficient and refined. Avoid the trouble of insufficient accessories during installation.

3. Look at the function: the consideration should be safety. If possible, you can test the fire protection level. All or most of the CNC sheet metal processes use CNC equipment, such as CNC punch machines, CNC laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, etc. to produce sheet metal products. 4. Look at the steel plate. The steel plate must be thick. Look at the edge of the cabinet to see if the thickness of the steel plate meets the drawing requirements. The function of the sheet metal bracket is very powerful, and many sheet metal part features require relatively tedious steps to achieve under the modeling module.

5. Check the spraying to see if the entire cabinet is sprayed evenly and whether there is any leakage. Good spraying will play a role in preventing rust.

6.  Look at the lock. The lock is an accessory throughout the chassis cabinet. A lock with good performance can play a key role.

7. Precision sheet metal processing depends on the structure layout. There should be many frame baffles and heat dissipation holes. Some iron sheets used to fix cables should be edge-wrapped to prevent damage to the cables.
